4. Photos and verification
JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each. You can add photos in several goes. The first photo is the cover: start with the front of the house, then rooms, bathroom and kitchen.
EB bill, property tax receipt or rental agreement (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB). Seen only by our team and deleted 90 days after our decision.

Questions from owners

Is it really free to list?

Yes. There is no listing, sign-up or monthly fee. We only earn a 13% commission from the nightly price when we bring you a booking, and the form shows exactly what you will receive.

When and how do I get paid?

Guests pay Jerry’s Home in advance by UPI. We pay your share to you by UPI within 48 hours after the guest checks in.

My home is also on Airbnb or Booking.com. Is that OK?

Yes. Share your calendar link (or tell us your booked dates on WhatsApp) and we block those dates here automatically, so there are no double bookings.

Is my address shown on the website?

No. Only the area and city are shown. The full address is sent only to guests whose booking is confirmed, and your ownership document is seen only by our team.

Can I change or pause my listing later?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to any of our emails and we will update or pause it for you.
