This policy explains what personal information Jerry’s Home collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. We collect only what we need to arrange your stay and answer your questions.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the property, your dates, the number of guests and anything you tell us in the message box.
- When you pay: the UPI transaction ID (UTR) you enter, so we can match your payment. Payments are made in your own UPI app; we never see or store your UPI PIN, bank login, card details or OTP.
- When you contact us or send feedback: your name, email address, phone number (if given), your message and any rating you choose.
Aadhaar and ID
We do not ask for your Aadhaar number or copies of your ID on this website. Original ID is checked in person at check-in, and guest details are recorded only as required by law.
How we use your information
- To hold your dates, verify your payment and confirm your booking.
- To contact you about your stay by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions and handle cancellations and refunds.
- To improve our properties and service using your feedback.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.
Who can see it
Your details are stored securely in our website’s admin area and in our email inbox, and are seen only by the Jerry’s Home team. We share information only when needed to provide your stay, or when required by law or by a government authority.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed for your stay, our accounts and legal requirements. Enquiries and feedback are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and other services
- This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical files needed for the forms to work securely.
- Maps on property pages load from Google Maps only when you choose “Show map”. Sharing a property opens WhatsApp. These services have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. Contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.
